2. What data we process and why

We process personal data only when you contact us by email or phone. In that case we process your name, your contact details (email address, phone number) and the content of your message, together with any information you choose to share with us.

We use this data to answer your enquiry, to prepare and discuss an offer and, where an agreement follows, to perform it.

3. Legal bases

• Article 6(1)(b) GDPR: processing necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, or to perform a contract.
• Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and in keeping a record of our business correspondence.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship. Where accounting, tax or other legal retention duties apply, we keep the relevant records for the period required by law, and then delete them.

5. Hosting and technical logs

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which acts as our processor. When you visit the site, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser user agent and the time of the request. This is necessary to deliver the website and to protect it against misuse and attacks (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cloudflare may process data outside the European Union, including in the United States. Such transfers are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, where applicable, on the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission.

6. Cookies, analytics and profiling

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. We do not carry out profiling and we do not make decisions based solely on automated processing. Details are in our Cookie Policy.

7. Recipients

We do not sell your data. Data is shared only with our hosting provider as described above, with providers of our email and phone services as needed to receive your message, and with public authorities where the law requires it.

8. Your rights

Under Articles 15 to 22 GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15);
• have inaccurate data corrected (Art. 16);
• have your data erased (Art. 17);
• restrict processing (Art. 18);
• receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20);
• object to processing based on our legitimate interests (Art. 21);
• not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing (Art. 22).

9. Right to complain
